Delivery is R150 for orders below R1500 and take between 15 and 20 working days. Some products are made to order, which will be noted in the product description.

You are most welcome to contact us at otentiek@outlook.com should you find any problems with the product. We can then arrange for either an exhange or a refund.

Please note, if you do find fault in a product, we must be notified within 5 days from delivery.
